But in brief, the guidance states that those with even mild symptoms of infection should stay at least two metres away from other people in their homes, and should sleep alone. Those with confirmed or suspected cases should use a separate bathroom.To be clear, self-isolation means staying at home and avoiding all but essential contact with others. Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
