Cogent Staffing, which has recently moved to its new home in West Parade, is celebrating its second anniversary this month following two years of success and growth.
The agency, which supplies industrial, technical and commercial candidates to the engineering, FMCG, fresh produce and industrial sectors, opened in 2017 to provide recruitment services to businesses and individuals throughout Yorkshire.
Over the last two years, Cogent Staffing launched a dedicated commercial division, successfully gained their GLAA licence and launched its on-site service, offering its employment partners a dedicated on-site consultant to help them with their recruitment need.
Due to its continued success, the agency has grown to eight dedicated full-time staff, which includes on-site consultants, senior consultants and trainees, to support its growing client portfolio throughout Yorkshire and further afield. To accommodate the recruitment agency’s rapid and successful growth, the Cogent Staffing team has moved to a new, central office in Croft Myl, West Parade, Halifax, HX1 2EQ.
