Cogent Staffing is pleased to announce it is now a member of the Association of Labour Providers.

The Association of Labour Providers is a specialist trade association promoting responsible recruitment and good practice for organisations that supply the workforce to the food processing, agricultural and wider consumer goods supply chain.

As a member of the ALP, Cogent is now represented and supported by the association to ensure that the provision, use and management of labour is recognised as a model of good practice.

Sam Gaukroger, Cogent Staffing’s Managing Director, said, “Due to our increase of clients in the GLAA (Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority) sector, it’s essential for us to have a deeper understanding of the market and a support network to ensure we safeguard both clients and candidates. Joining the ALP will allow us to provide the best service possible to all our partners and workers.”
