Bluestones Investment Group completes acquisition of specialist aerospace and engineering recruitment business
Bluestones Investment Group is pleased to announce that Protec Technical, a specialist technical and engineering recruitment business, has joined its portfolio of recruitment brands.
Founded in 2003, Protec Technical has built an established international reputation for delivering specialist recruitment solutions across the aerospace, aircraft maintenance and manufacture, engineering and defence sectors. The business supplies skilled licensed and unlicensed Aircraft Engineers, Technical Managers and Maintenance Technicians to operators and manufacturers across international markets.
Protec Technical provides a comprehensive service to clients, supporting the recruitment process from candidate search through to the practical requirements of international placements, including visas, travel and accommodation. Its expertise and international track record have been recognised with two Queen’s Awards for Enterprise in International Trade, awarded in 2013 and 2018.
The business is led by Lisa Wynne, Ryan Sweetman and Neilsen Wallis, who bring extensive experience across specialist recruitment and the technical sectors in which Protec operates. The team will continue to lead the business from its base in Fareham, Hampshire, maintaining its established client relationships and specialist market focus as part of the wider Bluestones Group.
The addition of Protec Technical further strengthens the breadth and balance of the Bluestones Group portfolio. With the Group operating across a diverse range of recruitment sectors and markets, its portfolio brings together complementary businesses with distinct areas of expertise, helping to build a resilient and diversified recruitment group rather than relying on a single sector or market.
