Chad Harrison International (CHI) is celebrating its five-year anniversary. With the last year being especially progressive for the international headhunter as it introduced new services, expanded the team and opened two new offices in Frankfurt and Brussels.
The company also moved its UK head office to a purpose designed headquarters in Liverpool, acquiring the penthouse of the prestigious Cotton Exchange building.
The last five years have seen CHI’s talent acquisition and executive search teams place technical specialists and C-suite level candidates into organisations globally. They have worked with international corporations through to family-owned companies across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Far East and Australasia.
In March, CHI launched its first report into equality and diversity in the boardroom in line with International Women’s Day. With key insights from senior female clients and candidates. It delivered an informative report with actionable solutions to diversity issues facing organisations globally.
We are grateful to our clients and candidates for the opportunity to provide them with advice and solutions
said Luke Robbins, CHI’s Chief Executive Officer. “Our company’s profile has largely been built upon due to their successes and we thank them for their trust and confidence.
Luke also attributes CHI’s success to the hard work and dedication of the company’s people. “Our experienced consultants and leadership team have worked incredibly hard to promote Chad Harrison International. They’ve provided clients with an excellent service over the last five years which has resulted in the company achieving key accounts with globally leading companies and SMEs.”
Since last year, CHI has grown its headcount by more than 100%, opening up new divisions, such as energy and chemical as well as providing a range of new services. These include psychometric testing, interim and change management and project-based talent mapping reports. Looking to the future, the company is set to expand further with more offices in Europe.
It’s integral that as CHI grows we maintain the excellent level of service we’ve been providing for the last five years. With experienced consultants in key managerial positions, I’m confident that we will be able to do that.
commented Luke Robbins.
