The Classroom Partnership has today announced that it has appointed two new Directors. The education recruitment specialists are strengthening the management structure of their Midlands Regional office with the appointments of Rosanna Rogers and Matt Yorke.
Both Matt and Rosanna bring a wealth of education recruitment experience with them. Based on Friar Gate in Derby they will be responsible for continuing the success of The Classroom Partnership’s regional focus. They will join Rebecca Lomax on the leadership team
Rebecca commented:
We have experienced rapid growth in the last 12 months and the introduction of two of the most recognised and established classroom recruiters in Derby is a massive boost to the company’s ambition. Matt has been a leading figure in Derby City and Derbyshire for the last 6 years and Rosanna has over 13 years’ experience as both a Teacher and special needs practitioner
The Classroom Partnership now operates in several regional locations across the South Coast, Yorkshire & North East and the Midlands. It provides permanent, temporary and interim recruitment solutions to the education sector.
Speaking about the appointment, Matt Yorke said:
“I couldn’t be more excited about the prospect of being able to now offer a different level of support to local classrooms. TCP’s support and development for their Teacher and Classroom Support Worker community is better than anything I have yet seen, including NQT Support, Classroom Observation and Continuing Professional Development.
CEO, Paul Broderick said, “the appointment of Rosie and Matt really strengthens our management capability that already comprises ex-heads, deputy heads and varied classroom practitioners. Wherever possible we will appoint colleagues who themselves have made the transition from classroom to recruiter. This is the best way for us to ensure continuity in classrooms.”
