Education Staffing Partnership has relocated to the heart of Swansea, where its central position makes it easily accessible by education candidates. The new office in the prominent J Shed Unit on Kings Road overlooks the River Tawe and is close to The University of Wales and the city centre. In contrast to Education Staffing Partnership’s previous location it is easily accessible for candidates via public transport and via car. It was officially unveiled on Friday 2nd October and the managing director Kevin Moyes said: “We’re really pleased to move into the new office. We felt that by moving here we would be able to greet candidates in a more welcoming environment. Our last office served a purpose, but I feel that the new office is a nicer environment for our staff and candidates.” Kevin continued: “Another factor in the move was that it was important that we were able to accommodate a growing team. With support from Bluestones Group, we have been able to add to our team as well as improve business processes along the way and we’re looking forward to what the future holds.” Since joining group, Education Staffing Partnership has also grown its coverage across Wales. From initially supporting eight local authorities, the company now provides recruitment and training solutions to all twenty-two local authorities in the principality. “2020 has been an excellent year for Education Staffing Partnership. We’ve been provided with excellent support from Bluestones Group’s support functions such as IT, marketing and finance which has allowed us to concentrate on growing the business. We’re now in a position to support all the local authorities in Wales, something which we’ve not previously done,” said Kevin. Education Staffing Partnership joined Bluestones Group in March 2020. It is part of the Group’s education division The Classroom Partnership, led by CEO Paul Broderick. He said: “We’re pleased to have been able to support Education Staffing Partnership following the acquisition by Group. The company joins a harmonious portfolio of education brands under The Classroom Partnership collective. Since 2003 it has provided a best-in-class recruitment and training service to schools and nurseries in Wales. The new office a testament to the investment and commitment we’ve made to Kevin and the team when they first joined The Classroom Partnership and Group.” Education Staffing Partnership is one of Wales’ oldest education recruitment agency. It supports all sectors of education recruitment, including early years, primary, secondary and SEN specialisms.
