NWP Resourcing has secured a significant contract to provide mechanical and electrical (M&E) staff to a long-term multi-million-pound construction project in Birmingham.
The resourcing company will be supplying skilled and experienced M&E staff to work on the regeneration of Herbert House in the prominent business district of Birmingham city centre.
NWP Resourcing’s have been assigned as the full M&E sub-contractor providing all Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Security and Fire prevention. The first operatives accessed the site last week and it’s expected that the team will grow to 15 over the next few weeks. The project will provide full-time employment for more than 6 months.
The project will change the use from offices at the 1st and 5th floors to 63 luxury abodes. The project is overseen by main contractor The Torsion Group for Herbert House Investments and Adapt Real Estate. It is understood that the project’s budget is approximately £4.1 Million.
