Bluestones Group has launched its first joint venture in Northern Ireland, a specialist recruitment and training provider operating from headquarters in Belfast.
Bluestones Staffing NI launched this month and will provide temporary and permanent personnel to the logistics, retail and manufacturing industry, as well as providing unique training solutions to companies throughout Ireland.
Debbie McDermott, Bluestones Staffing NI Director, launched the business with the support of the Bluestones Group after gaining over 35 years’ expertise in the industry.
As well as providing the investment and aid to launch the new business, Bluestones Group will continue to support Bluestones Staffing NI with its extensive range of services which include marketing, finance, HR, IT and admin.
Debbie McDermott said, “I recognised a need for a company which specialises in both training and recruitment. We want to help the unemployed gain the confidence and skills needed to help them back into employment, and help businesses, small and large, upskill their existing workforce.”
