Cheshire based Bluestones Investment Group has added to its portfolio with the acquisition of The Recruitment Training Group (RTG). The investment company continues to solidify its recruitment foothold with the introduction of RTG.
The move will see RTG continue to provide learning and development programs to Bluestones Investment Group’s companies as well as to continue to support its current client base. RTG director Jo Gregory will remain as Managing Director and experienced Recruitment Trainer Lisa Garner will join as Head of Training.
Whilst there were a number of interested parties keen to work with RTG, Bluestones Investment Group was the best option according to RTG Managing Director, Jo.

Following the acquisition, RTG has been provided with investment to be used to grow the company’s national capability including consultant academies and develop a leading suite of online training tools and licenced Learning Management System (LMS).

It is headed by Jo Gregory who has over 20 years’ experience within Recruitment & Training and is also Programme Director for the British Institute of Recruiters (BIOR).
