Cogent Staffing has successfully launched its on-site service, offering its employment partners a dedicated on-site consultant to help them with their recruitment needs.
Cogent Staffing, based on Old Lane, has launched its first on-site service and have now moved on site with one of their national clients who has a base in Huddersfield.
The agency, which supplies Industrial, Technical and Commercial candidates to the Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG and Logistics sectors, is offering a full dedicated on-site service which includes all inductions, registrations and site tours, bespoke training, daily staffing reports and 24/7 on-call service.
As part of its new service offering, Cogent has welcomed Nicola Williams to the team as On-Site Manager. Nicola, who has a wealth of account management experience, will be working on site at Cogent’s client in Huddersfield to provide the agency’s dedicated recruitment offering.
