We are delighted to announce the promotion of three key members of the Bluestones Group’s Head Office team.
Alison Drew, Gavin Gosling and Jade Leary will all be taking on new “Head of” roles as the central shared services functions evolve to support the growing complexities and deliverables required from our ever-expanding business.
Steve Pendergast, Group CEO commented:
“Recognising and developing internal talent is not only good for business, but it’s satisfying to see as Alison, Gavin and Jade have been with us for a number of years now and have been crucial in supporting some critical moments in our history.”
All three have been previous BIG Awards winners and as Steve has commented, are committed long-service employees, having been with the business for a combined 17 years.
In their new roles, they’ll continue to work with their existing teams providing services from the centre, albeit with an increased focus on the strategic development of each function and ensuring their individual functional areas are aligned to the Group’s growing business needs.
